Absolutely low on energy this week with so much to do, but I’m really excited about the holidays.
I haven’t been out to do anything fun these few weeks, but I have a ton of plans for after the exam!
My friends have been contacting me to go out for food, to do some Christmas-y stuff, and all that fun.
I’m not particularly religious, but the Christmas season always has this fun, festive mood that gets me happy as well. Excited to go see the streets decorated with lights!
Maybe I’ll go see the Distillery District Christmas trees this year as well.
On another note, what are some of your low-effort meals?
I am extremely burnt out right now with all the essays to do, and I can’t spend any energy on cooking or eating, so my meals have been becoming simpler and simpler.
It’s not like I don’t get hungry, but I can’t bother trying to cook anything interesting for myself.
At stressful times like this, I like to eat stuff like simple pasta with only sauce and nothing else, stuff that is only seasoned with butter, soy sauce or salt and pepper… Something that is highly replicable and tastes the same every time I want to eat it.
Any recipe recommendations would be very much appreciated. 😀
