For the past week or so, the temperature has been going up and down rapidly like a rollercoaster, and yesterday was one cold day.
It was predicted to only go down around -15, but went wayyy further than that.
The weather forecast in this country is not very reliable, so I have to make sure to check it every morning.
Especially because you can’t tell the temperature from inside the house.
And so we’ve started on the winter term!
The first week is shortened to only lecture classes and no tutorials, which gave me about 5 less hours of studying this week.
I think it’s great that we get to ease back into classes after the break!
Every time we have new classes I get quite scared and worried about how the teachers are going to be, but I seem to have some super enthusiastic professors this term, so let’s see how that goes.
You know, because enthusiastic professors are not always the best professors, especially from the student’s perspective. There was one time where I had a really good person as my teacher, but they were really not a great teacher. They were kind, compassionate and always willing to listen, but I didn’t understand much of anything they were trying to teach… It was a hard time…
So hopefully my professors this term and my tutorial teachers are all good teachers…!
