ベンティなのかベインティなのか分からないけどさ
おはようございます、ケイトです。
いよいよ最終試験が迫ってきました。
今週は生物が２つ、来週に経済の試験で2020年は終わりですね！！
ちなみに数学はもう落単のような気がしてならないので考えないことにしています、よろしくお願いします。
もう終わった事だし、どうにもならないので思い出させないでください。😇
他には一昨日？くらいにジェンダー学の課題だったエッセーを提出したのですが、気になるミスがあったのでTA（ティーチングアシスタントで通じるんですかね？）の人にお願いだから訂正させてくれ！！！！ってごねてます。めちゃめちゃごねてます。
今のところの試験の感想ですが、全編オンラインでやるのはやっぱりなかなか違和感あって、面白いけど大変です。
全員を一か所に収集して監視という大体のテストのセオリー通りに出来ないおかげで、先生側もちゃんとしたカンニング対策みたいなのも取りづらく。そりゃそうだよね。
結果、全教科「オーブンブック」になりました。「テキストやノートを持ち込んで見てもいいタイプのテスト」です。
要は授業内容や教科書を単純に読み返したところで答えは出てこないような、頭を使わせられる問題が出るんですよね。
全部応用問題みたいな…
状況が状況だから仕方がないとは言え、それ、例年より難易度上がってないか？？？？？
あと前回も言ったスタバの期間限定抹茶×抹茶が超〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜飲みたいので今日にでも行こうかなと思ってます。
実はスタバって地域に寄って全然売ってるものが違うって知ってましたか？
今季の抹茶も日本だけですし、ハロウィンのとか、春先に売ってる桜シリーズも日本だけだったりします。
バニラフラッペも日本に来て初めて見ました！！
まぁ、それで言えば、シンガポールでは毎回のように飲んでた大好きなアイス・シェークン・ハイビスカスティーも日本には無いんですけどね…悲しい…。超おいしいのでいつかシンガポール行ったら是非飲んでください。
シンガポールにいた頃はよくTwitterとかインスタでスタバ期間限定の広告が出てきたのですが、百発百中でシンガポールには無く、毎回半ギレで悲しみに明け暮れていたのも思い出です。＾＾

Finals are just around the corner and stress levels are skyrocketing, but hey.
At least the end of term comes along with it.
Online exams are the way now, but it still scares me every time because I keep worrying about technical difficulties.
Amongst the lines of “what if my computer crashes on me right now????”
All subjects are open-book, for obvious reasons including; professors can’t tell if someone decides to cheat on that rule.
You could literally just stand up and start running around or dancing in front of your paper, go open up 10 textbooks and ask Siri, google home and Alexa, but professors can’t tell.
So they just kept it open book.
(*Open book exams are when you are allowed to bring/open/use your textbooks and notes during the exam.)
Which does make me wonder, aren’t open book questions more complex than normal ones?
Hence harder than usual papers?
Granted all basic knowledge could be found on the textbook, and they don’t put in questions that can be directly answered by the textbook, don’t the questions have to be harder than every other years’ past papers?
Just asking!
Also “Amongst”… Have you played “Among us”?
It is a game with a maximum of 10 players per round, and it’s also best balanced as a 10 player group.
I wish I had 9 friends that would just hop onto play a game, but I don’t, so I keep going on the online servers.
Not sure how to describe, but online players can be a little rough with words sometimes🤷♀️ u sus!
