沖縄また行きたいなぁの回
どうも〜おはようございます。

東京は梅雨明けたと思ったらあっという間に連日35℃を超えまくり、｢屋外での活動はなるべく控えて｣と天気予報が忠告しちゃうほどの灼熱地獄と化していますが、皆さんはいかがお過ごしでしょうか。
昨日とある用事で有楽町銀座エリアの方へ行ったのですが、帰り道駅へ向かってたらたまたま沖縄ストアみたいなところに通りかかりまして。炎天下でアイスが食べたい私は「ふむ、ブルーシールアイスおいしいし面白そうだし」と店内に吸い寄せられ入ったところ、想像以上に楽しんじゃいました。
まず店入って二歩のところにあったマンゴーゼリー的なグミ的なものの試食のおばちゃんに引っかかり（マンゴー大好きが故にじっと見てたからだろうなぁという反省）、ホイホイ乗せられて食べたところ口の中がとんでもマンゴーになりうまぁ！！！！と興奮しながら購入を決定しました。もうこの段階で「ちょっと覗こう」に失敗してるんですけど。
そのままカゴも持ってしまったし他も見回ろうとぐるぐる歩き、昔沖縄へ旅行に行った思い出を懐かしみながら奥まで歩けばなんとイートインのエリアがあるじゃないですか。
ソーキそばの超おいしそうな匂いが香ってくるじゃないですか。
そのまま食べたよね〜〜〜〜〜！！
他の駅に移動してご飯食べようと思ってたのに「いやこれは食べなければならん」という謎の強い意志で食べちゃったよね〜〜！！！
あっついからアイス食べに店内入ったのに熱い食べ物〜〜〜〜！！！！！
しかもこれがまたおいしかったんだよ🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
結構ボリュームあって超お腹いっぱいになったし、懐かしい味で大変に満足。
ここでの反省点はお腹いっぱい食べ過ぎて結局当初の目標「アイス」を食べずに帰宅した事です。
時間があるときにふらふら見回しながら歩いてみるのっていいですね。
おいしそうなご飯とか、可愛い服とか、思いがけないところで出会ったりするじゃないですか。
まぁ自分は引きこもりなのでなかなかしないんですけどね。

Tokyo’s been burning hot recently and wayyyy surpassing 35 degrees Celcius, but how is everyone doing?
I wouldn’t really do this for myself, but I had to go out during midday yesterday, so there I was walking through the busy streets of Tokyo. On the way back to the station from my appointment, I walked passed this super interesting shop entirely based on Okinawa.
Okinawa is a prefecture in Japan, an island located at the south end of the country, and often referred to as a great leisure spot with beautiful seas and temperature. It’s significantly warmer than the rest of the country, hence has some extremely tropical fruits and plants growing for Japan, and another set of super interesting history and culture. So this store had stuff like local spices, mangoes, flat lemons (trust me, they’re amazing) and all more of that interesting food, and also advertised for a super famous Okinawa-based ice cream stall, Blue Seal.
It was scorching hot and I craved ice cream, so I casually rolled into the store. What I did not expect is that they had a whole eat-in area designated for local food at the back, and they smelt GOOOD. So good that I can sniff it through my mask from the entrance of the shop, and yes I lost to that temptation. I actually ended up spending about an hour in that shop, looking around all the food and eating some delicious lunch although I was hoping to go somewhere else for lunch.
The takeaway of the day is that it’s quite fun to stroll and look around new streets when walking because you might find some good places to visit. I bought a heap from that store, and also spotted a gorgeous boutique after that and bought myself some summer clothes (when I have absolutely no plans to go out) (Whoops)
