休みは必ず曜日感覚が狂う
おはようございます。
「緊急事態宣言」が相次ぎ過ぎて「緊急」の意味を忘れそうなケイトです。
ここまで間髪開けずに連発されるとやる意味あんのかって気持ちになるのも、まぁ、無理無いかも🤷♀️
こんなご時世でも出掛けないといけないタイミングとかもあるわけで。
その都度入店前の体温検査で「私そんな低いの！？」って驚いています。
いっつも脇の下とかで測ってるときの平均より全然低いんですよね。あれの確実性とはいかに。
顔写すカメラみたいなタイプの体温計、マスクしてるし大体みんな前髪あるしで、あんまり正確な数字出てなさそうな気がする。
そういえば結構前に祖母と出掛けた時、おでこで体温を測ろうとした店員さんが祖母の重い前髪越しに体温計をかざしてて、人間にあるまじき低体温を叩き出してたのは笑ったなぁ…😇
そんな世界情勢により夏休みに突入していながらも大して何も出来てないどころか、家すらほぼ出ていない私ですが、数日前に家族と日帰りで温泉には行きました。
これまたびっくりするくらいガラガラ、電車一両貸切状態のロマンスカーで箱根まで。
（乗った時間のせいかもしれないけど、これ景気どうなってんねん…って心配になったくらい人がいない）
ただ単にご飯食べてお風呂入って商店街うろついてそのまま帰ってきたんですけど、それでもリフレッシュにはなりましたね。
人は少ないし、長閑だし、日中の日差しはキツかったけど夕方は結構涼しくて過ごし易かったし。
特に露天風呂！！！森と竹藪に囲まれてて、空気が凄く綺麗でした。
お風呂にマスクは持ち込まないからね、ラッキーということでアホほど深呼吸してきました。
これは一駅隣の銭洗弁財天に行った時の電車。紫陽花がそこら中に咲いててめちゃ綺麗！
お金持ちになりたい一心で小銭入れを丸ごとひっくり返して洗ってきました。

So Japan’s planning to go into another partial lockdown, and the frequency of this lockdown or whatever thing happening is really making me question the what point the of this decision is or whether it has any benefits to the current situation at all with the statistics showing not much change in the number of COVID cases, but SURE.
Let’s just shut down all the restaurants so they all fail and go into debt.
Honestly, at this rate, all the stores in less populated areas are going to be well gone by the end of the pandemic.
So for the above reasons I haven’t been able to do much although I’m well into my summer holidays, but I did go for a little one day trip to a hot spring, just about 2 hours away from Tokyo by train.
The trains there though!! I almost had the whole car to myself, both to and back!!!
The shopping streets felt also quite empty, especially after staying in Tokyo for a while.
It was one of the older-feeling parts of Japan, so they even had these antique phones on display.
It was so nice, there was an open-air bath there in the middle of a bamboo forest, so I got to take a really good hot bath in super clean air without a mask; it was the freshest air I’ve had in literal forever.

食べ歩きは全然出来ないし喫茶店とかも軒並み定休日だったのはまじコロナって感じ
