Since when am I the oldest grade of the school, I'm so not ready for this.
But the first day isn't even really a school day, it's all orientations and playing around.
The whole grade's going to a waterpark.
… Yea I know. 200 people all going to the waterpark. All near age 17.
I have no clue what exactly but we have a mandatory excursion to a waterpark.
I mean it sounds fun, just doesn't sound much an IB-like start 😂
The waterpark itself isn't old, but because Singapore has swimming pools everywhere and every condo, and to add on I'm not a tourist and really have been living in Singapore for near 11 years, I never really have any reason to visit the park.
The last time I went there was- I have no clear clue but probably- like, 8 years ago or something.
And apparently, they've changed the park around a lot since then, so it'll be like my first time there!
…Recently I had a lot of friends around in Singapore, and going around the country with them I realised how much I haven't been around to the touristy-areas in so long. When's the last time I went to Universal Studios I can't even remember!
It's still a lot better than the year starting with a heavy full-on lecture, isn't it? 🙂
