休みってついつい寝すぎちゃいません？？？？？？？
いや、さすがに寝すぎですよね。ごめんなさい。

最近友人の誕生日が異常に多いような気がします。１０月多い？
誕生日といえば、私と土曜学校（補習校）のクラスメイトで「日本では同じ中２なのにこっちだと３年も違う」という事態が発生しました。
その１：
私の誕生日が２００２年の４月で、Year10
その２：
彼女の誕生日は２００３年１月で、Year7
その３：
私の学校はインターであり９月で学年が変わるが、彼女の学校は１月で変わる。
とりあえず私が先輩ということでおk？（オッケーじゃない）
誕生日と学校のシステムが違うだけで３年も違うとか面白いよねぇー。
なんで日本は４月から学校が始まるんだろうか。９月と１月は知ってるけど他にもあるのかな？
世界共通にしろよって思いますね、はい。
転校するたびに学年変わるとか勘弁。
他にも世界共通だと思ってたものが違ったりしますよね。
私はシンガポールに初めて来た時英語が話せず、パンを英語だと信じ込んでいました。
そこでパンを買おうとした時、店の人に
『パン！！！！パンはドコダ！！！！！」と聞いていました。ブレッドですBread。わかりづらい。
確か「パン」はポルトガル語が由来だったと思う。。。
どうでもいいけど「ナポリタン」がナポリと全く関係ないの許せない。なんでだよ。

I swear, when it's break, I always sleep too much.
Meh, who cares if I sleep for 11 hours.
I just noticed last week that me and my friend in my Japanese school class, we are 3 years apart in our normal schools.
Because my birthday is in April 2002, and schools in Japan start at April, I am just about in the secondary 2 class.
My friend, her birthday is in January 2003, and she is closer to secondary 1.
The third reason is just because Marlborough college starts an academic year in September, but in local Singaporean schools they start in January.
It's cool, yet a little confuzing.
I know schools in Japan start at April, Internationals in September, and Singaporean on January, but I wonder what other there is.
I wish they would just make it same worldwide, so it's so much less confuzing.
Talking about worldwide, the Japanese for bread is ''Pan''.
