\nHello everyone, Kate here.<\/p>\n

It’s been raining a lot recently and we haven’t had any snow at all, so it\u2019s a bit of a gloomy Christmas this year.<\/p>\n

Whilst the rest of the world is excited for Christmas, I am here to announce that I am definitely not yet in the festive spirit, and plus, I woke up at 8 pm today.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not like my sleep schedule went running out of the chimney this week as I finally started my winter holidays, but it is largely due to the effects of the final assignments and exams I had all December.
\nBecause the beginning of December is full of final assignments, which are usually due by 12:00 AM, and I am not good at ‘submitting them in advance\u2019, I was anxiously looking back at them until the very last minute before the deadline.
\nSo the adrenaline rush would kick in way too late in the night, and after that ended I finally had a shower and so on, so it was usually around 4 or 5 in the morning before I could go to sleep.
\nThus in the first half of December, I was already going to bed at 5 am and getting up at 11 am.
\nOn top of that, all the final exams in mid-December started at 7 pm and finished at 10 pm.
\nHonestly, what kind of time is that to have a final exam? I’m not complaining but why?
\nSo to adjust to that, in the hopes that I wouldn’t accidentally\u00a0fall asleep\u00a0during the exam, I woke up around 15:00 every day.
\nAnd here we are today.<\/p>\n

With that being said I’ve just made a lot of excuses, but the bottom line is that I need to get back on a more human sleep schedule, because if I don’t, I’ll have a hard time even going shopping.<\/p>\n

Well, it is the holiday period, meaning most shops won’t be open until the 27th, so I have quite a long time to fix it.<\/p>\n
