everyone!<br \/>\nKate here.<\/p>\n<p>The first 2 weeks of university are over!<br \/>\nTo be precise, the first week started on Thursday so it&#8217;s more like a week and a half, but hey.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s been an okay, smooth start to the year, fortunately.<br \/>\nFor some lucky reason all of my classes this term are in the same building, so I don&#8217;t have to worry about running through to the other side of campus in extreme wind, rain, or snow,\u00a0just to get to the next lecture.<br \/>\nAlso sometimes there are certain professors that just don&#8217;t go well with you, and you can tell the moment you meet them.<br \/>\nLike the way they talk, the way they navigate the lecture, or even how the syllabus is written.<br \/>\nThe great thing is that didn&#8217;t happen with me this term, and I think I can get along with all of my professors!<br \/>\nHopefully, I also get along with the teaching assistants and it would be a great start to the year.<\/p>\n<p>Just one thing I&#8217;m worried about, which to be honest is the biggest worry, is the exams.<br \/>\nBecause all of a sudden, all of them are in-person written long-answer exams!!!!<br \/>\nSure everything was slowly returning to pre-COVID-like systems, but I&#8217;ve been typing away for the majority of the last 3 years.
