I’ve already talked about how there\u00a0have been a lot of essays assigned\u00a0this term, but something else to note is the amount of group work we have now!
\nIn the past two years, there was very little group work, likely due to the effect of covid.
\nEverything was done online, and everyone logged in from all countries around the world, which meant we all were in different time zones. So it was just hard and impractical to try to do group work.
\nBut this term I have group work for two courses’\u00a0final assignments!
\nIndirectly but this feels like the online-work era we were forced into is slowly closing.
\nI mean, trying to figure out a time to get together with people who have different timetables, is still quite hard.
\nBut at least we’re awake around similar hours, right?<\/p>\n

Teamwork is something I both love and hate doing.
\nThe experience is\u00a0so easily changed by who you get grouped with, if you know what I mean.
\nWhen you’re with a passionate student who’s going to do their part, team meetings are fun, fruitful, and you get to learn and be influenced by them in positive ways.
\nWhen you’re with someone who doesn’t put in the effort because they know someone else would, it makes it harder for everyone else in the group, both\u00a0mentally and\u00a0workload-wise.
\nSo hopefully I can work with someone I feel comfortable working with!<\/p>\n
