It’s been around 2 weeks and a half since university classes have started this term, and there is something that I clearly noticed as a difference from the past year.<\/div>\n
Learning in person in classes are so much more interesting than via zoom!<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
I know this may sound obvious, and it probably is quite so, but hear me out.<\/div>\n
Simply studying and “enjoying studying” are so different!<\/div>\n
Online learning and Zoom were definitely enough to get through classes, learn content and earn credits, but to be in classes and studying is a very dissimilar experience.<\/div>\n
To be asking questions about the confusing concept that the professor is talking about to the student next to you, to be the one to answer the student’s questions, eyeing someone sitting on the other side of the room because we relate to an idea that another student is talking about during discussions.<\/div>\n
These actions which may seem like very small things that might even be considered a distraction to class, really help with concentrating and actively engaging with the content, a lot more than just sitting and hearing the professor ramble on x1.75 speed.<\/div>\n
Although it’s very intuitive to come to this conclusion, to be able to come to this\u00a0on my own by myself through\u00a0comparing\u00a0two of my very distinct\u00a0own personal experiences, probably is a blessing.<\/div>\n
