I recently went to the famous ramen store, Ichiran.
\nIt’s super popular and I’ve heard a lot about it, plus I love ramen, so I had been looking for the opportunity to visit and I finally actually went.
\nObviously, it’s famous because the ramen tastes good.
\n<\/span>But it’s\u00a0also popular as an interesting restaurant for all introverts and travellers,\u00a0because you don’t need to speak a single thing there. Don’t need to understand Japanese for good quality ramen!<\/p>\n

Everything is either done on paper or pre-prepared wooden tags like the one in this picture, which all have English translations on them as well,\u00a0and you just leave that on the desk for the waiters to come around and check.<\/p>\n

How cool is that?
\nEach counter has wooden walls on the side, so also great for people who want to eat alone.<\/p>\n

The ramen is a simple tonkotsu (pork bone) flavour with thin noodles, really tasty and not too heavy, so great to drop in when you’re hungry.<\/p>\n
