I woke up with this rather large scratch on my hand and it’s not healing very well.
\nFor the past few days,\u00a0I’ve been making sure to apply cream, sunscreen and avoid direct sunlight, not fiddling with it…
\nBut the discolouration is pretty obvious and I can see the bumps throughout the surface of my hand.
\nHopefully\u00a0it doesn’t end up like an obvious keloid.
\nThey aren’t like, perfect or anything, but I love my hands and nails. I’d be so sad if I end up with a large scar.
\nI already have a lot of scars on my body,\u00a0especially wayyy too much on my legs,\u00a0but not on my hands or arms yet.<\/p>\n
Also, I indeed scratched myself with my own nails in the middle of the night and gave myself that scar.
\nYes it sounds stupid, and to be frank it really is stupid, but how was I supposed to help myself?
\nI recall feeling something on my nails and scratching on something, but I didn’t think it was my own hand…<\/p>\n
What are some of your weird injury stories?
\nWe all have some, don’t we? This might be only me, but I think it’s such a classic drunk-person conversation topic.
\nAnd a great ice-breaker too, because as they describe the story,\u00a0you get to hear about their lives and how they used to be when they were younger and stuff.
\nThrough talking to many people I’ve heard some super weird and gruesome injury stories, but they’re always hilarious to hear.<\/p>\n
On another note,\u00a0I almost got another injury today because I accidentally stepped on a frozen road.<\/div>\n
So glad I didn’t slip, because gosh, I felt my soul jump out of myself!<\/div>\n
