everyone!<br \/>\nKate here.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>It was -21 degrees Celsius today in Toronto!!!!!<\/div>\n<div>For the past week or so, the temperature has been going up and down rapidly like a rollercoaster, and yesterday was one cold day.<\/div>\n<div>It was predicted to only go down around -15, but went wayyy further than that.<\/div>\n<div>The weather forecast in this country is not very reliable, so I have to make sure to check it every morning.<\/div>\n<div>Especially because you can&#8217;t tell the temperature from inside the house.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>And so we&#8217;ve started on the winter term!<\/div>\n<div>The first week is shortened to only lecture classes and no tutorials, which gave\u00a0me about 5 less hours of studying this week.<\/div>\n<div>I think it&#8217;s great that we get to ease back into classes after the break!<\/div>\n<div>Every time we have new classes I get quite scared and worried about how the teachers are going to be, but I seem to have some super enthusiastic professors this term, so let&#8217;s see how that goes.<\/div>\n<div>You know, because enthusiastic professors\u00a0are not always the best professors, especially from the student&#8217;s perspective. There was one time where I\u00a0had a really good person as my teacher, but they were really not a great teacher.
