Last week I woke up with a jump at 4 am with a sudden muscle cramp on my right calf, it didn’t go away for what felt like 10 solid minutes and was hurting for the whole day after that.
\nHopefully never again \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n
I heard sudden cramps like these can be caused by abrupt movement or temperature change, so I’m suspecting that I might have unconsciously kicked my way through the duvet again.
\nMy room can get very chilly at night!
\nI don’t know when the central heating system will switch to a higher temperature but I’m really waiting for that.<\/p>\n
It’s been a very busy midterm week these few days, and I’ve had at least 1 assignment to complete every day.
\nMy only hope is that there’s a one week break after this so I need to power through!
\nWhen it’s so busy like this, I cannot be bothered to cook every day, so I’ve been relying on larger batches and frozen foods. For example, curry can last multiple meals.
\nBut the frozen dumplings I\u00a0bought from the local Korean market was so good! They are a bomb!
\nI honestly couldn’t read any of the package writing so I just gave it a shot by assuming from the photo, but they taste like the dumplings I’m used to eating and they are great.<\/p>\n
There are barely any Japanese foods at a reasonable or accessible price, so frozen Korean food is the way!!! :DD<\/div>\n
