So surprisingly, judging from the fact that I am terrible at\u00a0replying to people\u00a0promptly,\u00a0I still talk to some of my friends back from middle school- that is, Marlborough College Malaysia.
\nNot really sure how they let me go for replying\u00a03,4 days late for almost 80% of the time, but I guess some people don’t care about that. Those people, I still talk to.<\/p>\n

And last week, I got a visibly urgent DM from one of them with many exclamation and question marks, sent me a photo and asked me if I knew the person that they had taken a photo with.
\nTo my surprise, the person sitting next to my friend back from Malaysia’s middle school, was a friend ALL the way back from primary school, in SINGAPORE.<\/span><\/p>\n

Like how do you meet someone who’s grown up in an entirely different country to realise you have the same friend in the middle of you? Huh?<\/p>\n

Apparently, they met in NS- short for National Service, where every male Singaporean citizen has to go through after the age of graduating high school,\u00a0and were\u00a0talking about their schools when they realised I might be a mutual friend, so hurried to check with me. Oh wow, what loyal friends😂<\/p>\n

Although I’m still close to SOME people, I’m not really sure about the majority\u00a0of my friends I have made in my lifetime are.
\nLike, some people I just stopped contacting out of laziness, some people I have lost their contact information after years of both of us changing accounts and phones, some people I was too young to switch contacts with back then.<\/p>\n

You know what? It would be fun to meet everyone again and ask them what they’re up to.
\nMust be a fountain of interesting stories!!<\/span><\/p>\n

Maybe it’s worth looking them up on Instagram or something.<\/p>\n
